By using FilmTailor ("the Platform"),  you agree to these legally binding terms.  The Platform provides AI-powered tools for content creation, video editing, and collaboration. Access and use are subject to these terms, which may be updated periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance.

Key Terms:

- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old.
- Account  Responsibility: You  are  responsible  for  maintaining  the  confidentiality  of  your  login credentials.
- Payment: Payments  are  processed  through  Stripe  and  Mollie.  Subscriptions  auto-renew  unless canceled.
- Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.
- Limitation  of  Liability: Our  maximum  liability  shall  not  exceed  the  amount  you  paid  in  the  last  6 months.
- Governing Law: United Kingdom law applies.
